Please read thoroughly before booking. I will NOT accommodate anyone who does not read my policies in their entirety.

Salon Policies

  • All appointments should be paid with cash or Zelle. Tap to Pay Now Available!
  • Hair must be washed and fully stretched before you arrive.
  • NO KIDS or COMPANY allowed when being serviced.
  • I do NOT work over work that was not done by me.
  • Amazon hair IS accepted, although if the hair is too thin you will be DENIED for custom layers.
  • Please add all correct add-ons when booking — the daily schedule may NOT allow same-day add-ons.
  • If you'd like me to provide hair, select the correct length. Raw  hair and Curly textures can be added to your cart!
  • Hair included services MUST be booked at least 2 DAYS PRIOR.
  • All hair provided is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The address is sent in the confirmation email, please plan travel ahead of time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and the deposit forfeited. 
  • If you cannot make your appointment, notify me 24 hours in advance or your card will be charged 50% of your service.
  • For Hair Coloring, extensions MUST be dropped off 3–5 days before your appointment. Address sent to your email.
  • For ANY lace service (Closure, Frontal, Wig, etc), must be dropped off 4–5 days prior. Address sent to your email. Failure to do so, will result in same day customization fee ($50) being applied to your remaining balance
  • When scheduling: FIRST & LAST NAME required (no nicknames).
  • A NON-REFUNDABLE $76.50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. $75 is credited to your service ($1.50 processing fee).

  • Squeeze-in fee: $25 
  • Wigs MUST be HD or Transparent Lace ONLY. Synthetic wigs will NOT be accepted. 
  • After hours appointment fee: $65 8AM Morning Luxe Appointment$50
  • The FULL amount for hair provided MUST be sent via Zelle to connect2rissa@gmail.com (DONEUPBYRISSA LLC) within 30 minutes of booking to confirm your package. If Zelle is not received, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. Read confirmation page for exact amount.

If there is any dissatisfaction or issues with your service, you have up to 24 hours from your appointment time to reach out. Issues at the fault of Rissa will be rectified free of charge. Rissa is NOT responsible or liable for any natural causes (weather, incorrect aftercare, lifestyle routine, etc). Rissa is NOT responsible or liable for any services you requested and completed that you did not take time to research or educate yourself about, nor reach out about.
